Annie is an Explorer.

Annie comes from a home surrounded by books and curiosity. Both her parents were primary teachers, interested in nature, gardening and how things work.

Her New Zealand heritage began with both sides of her family emigrating from the UK, through Australia, to New Zealand. While her ancestors travelled in search of opportunities and a better life, Annie's reasons are from a different perspective. Curiosity is what gets her moving, and exploration is what keeps her going. Her enthusiasm for road trips has earned her the family nicknames of Gypsy and Nomad.

Since Annie's late fifties, most years she has visited the UK, often house-sitting, exploring landscapes familiar to her family and to her own ancestral memory.

A mind map mirrors the way Annie makes connections; it is the way her mind works. She follows a path that moves from being analytical, to story, to understanding energy, to intuition — and back again.

All of that braids together into a tapestry of knowing.
